Lauren Rae Porter, is a mixed race Mexican and Czech American, mother to a vivacious 4-year-old human and mischievous 11-year old cat, and wife to a wildly supportive husband. As a leadership coach she loves to teach leaders how to embody their authentic self, the gateway to aligning with their divine mission, cultivating fulfilling relationships, and creating a just and sane world. Her method and approach for cultivating embodied leaders has grown out of her training as a psychotherapist, Synergetic Play Therapist™, yoga teacher, nonprofit organization founder and director, trauma specialist and, even more so, from her own personal struggles and inner-work. In all of her roles, she is an activist for social and human rights and a challenger of paradigms.
